Proposals and extensions of the Final Projects Advisor for the even semester 2020/2021

Here we inform you regarding the Proposal for Thesis Advisors / Substitution of Instructors or Laboratories as well as Applications for Extension of Undergraduate Thesis in Mathematics for Even Semester 2020/2021. As for students who will program the Thesis MUST pay attention to the following requirements:

  1. Students who have just programmed their Thesis in the Even semester 2020/2021 or Students who program the thesis in Odd Semester 2020/2021 and have not graduated but the supervisor does not approve the extension of the thesis:
    – Download the Proposed Thesis Advisor form / Change of Supervisor or Laboratory on the Mathematics Department website starting Thursday, January 28, 2021 and send the completed form to the Academic Advisor. Then the PA lecturer sends the signed form to email pujiyanti@ub.ac.id or to WA 082139353348.
    – For laboratory selection and thesis topic, students MUST first read the instructions for selecting the thesis topic in the file below (can be seen in the download file below)
    – For the proposal of the thesis supervisor, options 1 and 2 must have different LABORATORY and NAME OF LECTURER
    – Students fill in the google registration form and collect KRS which contains transcript and final projects  via google form with the address (https://bit.ly/FormUsulanDospem2020) with the file name “NIM_Nama.pdf“. Submission via google form no later than February 9, 2021, at 15.00.
  2. Students who program thesis in Odd Semester 2020/2021 and have not graduated until the end of Odd Semester 2020/2021
    – You must fill in the thesis extension form which can be downloaded on the Mathematics Department website starting Thursday, January 28, 2021. The form that has been filled in and signed by the student is sent to the Supervisor. The Supervising Lecturer signs the form and is sent to the PA lecturer, then the PA lecturer signs the form and sends it to the email address pujiyanti@ub.ac.id or to WA 082139353348.
    – Students fill in the Google Thesis Extension form via google form with the address  (https://bit.ly/PerpanjanganSkripsi2020) no later than February 9, 2021, 15.00.
